AVT-201 SIMULATION PRINCIPLES

Want to learn why simulators are built the way they are? Take AVT-201 to gain an understanding of the requirements, certifications, and industry-standards set for simulation trainers.

Beginning with the development of simulation requirements, Simulation Principles examines industry standards and simulator certifications such as FAA, EASA, etc., and explains why and how the simulator requirements drive the type of simulator needed. It will help students understand the levels of fidelity appropriate for the training requirements and covers many of the common simulation frameworks used in the development cycle.  Examples of requirements developed mapped to simulator types delivered will be used to illustrate these concepts.
