DoD Contracting & The Law Course

This course explains business law as it applies to Department of Defense contractors. It will help Executives, Contract Managers, Human Resource representatives, and others to make decisions that minimize your corporate risk.

The Business Law course teaches students the basic knowledge required to be successful within their industry.

We will cover:

  • The nature of law
  • Crime classifications within the court system
  • Describe constitutional law related to employee actions
  • Investigate the current status of internet/social media law
  • Discuss labor and employment obligations for defense contractors
  • Lay out Intellectual Property rights, and wrap up with Contract Legality.
